Extra MESA MAX infant car seat base provides flexibility and convenience for travel. It is perfect for families with multiple vehicles – no more need to switch car seat bases between relatives, babysitters, or spouses! The base comes with a load leg for enhanced safety and a reduction in head and neck injuries, as well as an Anti-Rebound+ Panel for increased safety in rebound and rear-impact collisions. The SMARTSecure® System allows for easy installation in seconds, with a red-to-green tightness indicator and a built-in lock off for secure seatbelt installation. The base also features bubble level indicators on both sides to assist in achieving the correct angle during installation, and it has a streamlined, low-profile design with a finished bottom. Additionally, the base includes a four-position adjustable foot to accommodate various car seat angles.

It is important to note that this base is only compatible with UPPAbaby Mesa Max or Aria Infant Car Seats and is not compatible with Mesa and Mesa V2 model car seats. It is important to know that the infant carrier is not included with the base.
